(the “Contractor”). In our professional opinion, Kalleward Group, Inc. continues to demonstrate strong financial stability, possesses the necessary resources, and is effectively managed. This enduring relationship is highly valued.
Following recent financial underwriting, Selective Insurance Company has confirmed that Kalleward Group, Inc. qualifies for a surety program capable of supporting single contracts up to $15,000,000, within a bonded aggregate work program of $25,000,000. Larger projects will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please understand that any arrangements for surety credit remain a matter between the contractor and the surety. We assume no liability to third parties in this regard.
